Salesforce ISV Technical Evangelist

Aquiva Labs is searching for an ISV Technical Evangelist. You are going to provide consulting services to existing ISV and OEM partners, help them to become better Salesforce Partners, help them to solve some unique problems with their AppExchange products, evaluate their current processes, and advise about the best solutions.

You should have a few years of experience with working for a successful ISV/OEM partner in one of the key roles – like Product Manager, Release Manager, Delivery Lead, CTO, CPO, etc. The list is open – so if you are an AppExchange expert, please tell us about your superpowers!

Skills/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Platform
  • Knowledge of AppExchange-related topics and technologies like Trialforce, LMA, FMA, COA, App Analytics, etc
  • Self-motivated and excellent time management skills
  • Experience in analyzing business requirements and leading discovery workshops
  • Strong analytical skills, allowing to evaluate existing AppExchange products and related processes
  • Strong writing skills, allowing to prepare technical reports with a summary of found issues and description of golden-standard solutions
  • Strong presentation skills allowing to present evaluation outputs and manage Q&A sessions with various stakeholders (Head of Dev, Head of QA, Release Managers, up to VP, CTO, and CFO levels)
  • Ability to explain complex topics to a wide range of audiences with empathy, clarity, and brevity
