The Salesforce Consultant will be focused on Salesforce project implementation as well as business development and pre-sales. In particular, a Consultant will advise clients on Salesforce products implementation from scratch, Salesforce solutions enhancements, development of strategic roadmaps for change as well as leading the change in the practice.

YOU ARE

A Salesforce Consultant with at least 3-year working experience, possessing

• A proven understanding of software development lifecycle and lifecycle of packaged solutions implementation
• Experience in implementing full-cycle projects
• Understanding of the entire Salesforce products family including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ, Communities, and AppExchange solutions
• A concept of Agile software delivery methodologies such as SCRUM and tools such as Jira
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Proposing, implementing, and managing the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
• Demonstrating solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
• Presenting solution options to the Client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
• Leading the Client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
• Developing implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
• Performing impact analysis for scope change requests, documenting changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
• Participation in declarative system configuration when necessary
• Providing technical and functional expertise to project teams
• Design and participation in end-user acceptance testing
• Engagement in training content development and Administrator and end-user training delivery
