WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE?

Knowledge of IT Project Management methodologies (Agile) and experience delivering high quality projects
Adaptability to the different needs of a project
Experience with strategic & resource planning
Good sales/negotiation skills
You share our values and can bring them to life within the team
English- professional working proficiency
Nice to have: Project management education/certifications
Nice to have: Salesforce experience

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Delivering Salesforce projects and acting as a Consultant to our Clients
Managing scope and project acceptance criterias
Creating project plans, project schedules, resource plans and status reports
Participating in the creation of proposals (presales)
Communicating with customers and project team- standups, kickoffs, status meetings
Being a Trusted Advisor to Clients
Promoting the use of good project management practices
Leading internal Project Methodology workshops
