YOU ARE

A Salesforce Consultant with at least 3-year working experience, possessing

  • Actual experience in pre-sales activities (presales training from Salesforce, prior cooperation with Salesforce Account Executives, Cloud Futura Solution Engineer certification are not required, but nice to have)
  • Good communication, negotiation and pitching skills
  • Proven understanding of software development lifecycle and lifecycle of packaged solutions implementation
  • Experience in implementing full-cycle projects
  • Ability to work on multiple consecutive projects
  • Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies such as SCRUM and tools such as Jira
  • Understanding and hands-on experience with the Salesforce product suite, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning Cloud, Communities and AppExchange solutions
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

 

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Participate actively in pitching Salesforce services and solutions to the client during presales
  • Lead the Client sessions to gather, define, and document initial business requirements
  • Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
  • Present solution options to Client, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
  • Develop implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
  • Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
  • Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams
  • Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
  • Participate in training content development and Administrator and end-user training delivery
  • Participate in creating prototypes, POCs and new offerings for different industries
