Essential responsibilities:

Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
Designing system functionalities according to business requirements
Implementing business requirements with ability to utilize Salesforce built-in functionalities and configuration features of Salesforce platform
Presentations of implemented solutions to customers
Participation in pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients

Qualifications:

Good knowledge of Salesforce platform
Experience in delivering commercial CRM projects
Experience in performing business analysis on CRM implementation projects
Salesforce Certificates (Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant)
Good analytical skills
Ability to understand and document business processes
Very good communication and presentation skills
Open minded seeking for innovative solutions
Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects
Self-Starter Attitude
Very good English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of UML and BPMN
Knowledge of SQL
Experience in working in Agile projects
Experience in working with enterprise-class CRM systems
Experience in consulting company
