Responsible for designing, developing and implementing applications that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
Communicate with product managers, implementation specialists, clients and other developers to determine business, functional requirement
Take ownership throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code
Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning)
Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
2 years of experience in Salesforce development
Very good knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its declarative capabilities as well as out-of-the-box functionalities
The ability to work independently
Practical knowledge of Salesforce metadata and source code driven development as well as the usage of the tools (code repository systems, deployment automation, project tracking)
Familiarity with design patterns, good object-oriented programming practices and Clean Code rules
Familiarity with good unit and integration testing practices
Willingness to learn Architecture style/design for enterprise applications
Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
NICE TO HAVE:
Communicative German or Swedish
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
